It only takes so long before an athlete on holiday starts to get itchy feet and is looking to do some training. Rob from Steyning AC in West Sussex was one such athlete so setting of on a beautiful morning, we went on ramble of the east coast of the island from his holiday base in Es Canar.

Heading north on todays southern loop towards Cala Llonga
Riding out of Es Canar towards Sant Carles we the rode in the campo and headed towards San Llorenc before turning south back towards Santa Eularia.
We then embarked on a small southern loop heading towards south toward Eivissa before switching back and taking on the PM 810-1. To Cala Llonga and back towards our start point. Where would would continue on the lovely PM810-1 coastal road to Cala Sant Vincent before turning round to head home.
